The holiday home

Spread over two floors, the recently renovated I Roccoli house is an authentic maison de charme, and the 170 square metres are equipped with a full range of comforts. On the lower floor, guests will find a kitchen and dining room, a living room on the veranda overlooking the olive grove, complete with fireplace and wood-burning oven, and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms with two bathrooms.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with a full range of conveniences, from household appliances to television, as well as wi-fi and air conditioning on both floors.
I Roccoli can accommodate up to six people in a reserved, elegant environment that is particularly bright and spacious.
The structure of the house and the surrounding nature also make I Roccoli the perfect place for your faithful four-legged friends, who are always welcome here.

In addition to outdoor and video-monitored parking spaces, the I Roccoli house also offers guests an equipped outdoor area, suitable for spending time in the fresh air, enjoying an aperitif or a meal, or simply relaxing by the pool among the olive trees, caressed by the gentle breeze blowing over from Lake Garda.

Bookings can be made by telephone, e-mail or by filling out the form on the “Request Booking” page. Payment is by bank transfer, with free cancellation up to 30 days before the date of arrival. Full payment must be made upon booking.

You will be asked for a deposit of €300, which will be returned one week after your departure. The amount will be automatically credited to your current account.
