Shipping and returns

Orders will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment.

Free shipping for orders over € 150

For payment by bank transfer, please indicate the following in the reason for payment box: name, surname, and data provided at the time of order. Send the payment confirmation by e-mail (info@iroccoli.it) to receive the goods more quickly.

Returning an item: If a customer changes their mind, they may return their order without penalty within 10 days of receipt. The consumer must return the product INTACT AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, at their own expense. The customer is responsible for the goods until they have been received by our company. Together with the order, the customer must provide their data and bank details in order to receive the refund by bank transfer. The full amount will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the product.
I Roccoli will replace any damaged goods free of charge, so the customer must immediately report the problem by e-mail (info@iroccoli.it) and ask for the replacement. Once it has received the defective product in its packaging, the Company will replace the goods at no additional charge in the shortest possible time. (If the same product is not available, the customer will be refunded).
