Our limited production is obtained exclusively from olives grown on the property, to guarantee the highest quality. The light-to-medium fruity aroma is accompanied by hints of fresh grass with an aftertaste of green almonds, characteristic of the predominant cultivar (80% Casaliva), resulting in a smooth, balanced oil that pairs well with raw and delicate dishes.
